PHILADELPHIA – Temple's track team recorded two first places Sunday afternoon at the Princeton Invite.
Meet the highlights
> In the 100 meters, Chidumga Nkulume achieved a personal record of 12.29 for first place. Jewel Ofotan followed in third place with a time of 12.48.
> Nkulume also posted a personal best in the 200 meters with his second place in the 200 meters.
> Mary Olayinka Ilelaboye finished first in the 400 m with a time of 57.75. Maya Scott closely followed second at 1: 00.44.
> In the 800m, Willa Gibson finished second with her time of 2: 20.77.
> Tannekee Strachan jumped 5.39 m in the long jump for fourth place.
> Sophia Gulotti jumped 1.50m, her personal best, in the high jump for fourth place. The sophomore also finished fourth in the javelin with a mark of 27.17.
