O'Keefe, from Las Vegas, was a member of the 2016-17 national team along with current Ute MyKayla Skinner and freshman Abby Paulson.
"His gymnastics has the perfect combination of power, elegance and consistency that make exceptional routines at every event," said Utah coach Tom Farden of O'Keefe.
O'Keefe was a member of the 2016-18 national team and is the first full national champion to sign with the Utes. She captured five individual national titles in the junior division, winning the total in 2016 and 2017, beam and floor in 2016 and bars in 2017. She was second in vault, beam and floor in the 2017 championships.
