LANSING, Mich. (AP) – A federal appeals court upheld the 60-year sentence of former sports doctor Larry Nassar. one-year prison sentence for possession of child pornography and destruction of evidence.
A three-judge panel of the US 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati denied Nassar's appeal on Wednesday.
