The runway at University Park Airport was temporarily closed during approximately 5 and a half hours on Tuesday night after a plane rolled into a section that was closed due to snow, according to Penn State External Communications Manager Heather Robbins.
The passengers left the plane safely and were transferred to the terminal. A flight was diverted during the temporary closure, said Robbins. (Click here to read more)
