The Courier Journal newspaper reports that James Ramsey filed a motion in court on Wednesday seeking dismissal of the school's claims. His motion also says that the school can provide more detailed allegations in lieu of dismissal.
A lawsuit by the university and its foundation in April alleges that Ramsey and several others deliberately caused the foundation to spend endowment funds unsustainably. rate.
