Posted in: Home Page News
Montclair State University President Susan A. Cole and mascot Rocky welcomed Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill (NJ-11) for a visit to the vaccination clinic for flu on the University campus on October 8.
By providing hands-on experience to Montclair State University nursing students who administered the vaccines, the clinics are free to students, employees, and the wider community with no need for insurance. Zufall Health Center provides vaccines for adults 19 years of age and older, while Montclair State University offers vaccines for people 18 years of age and younger.
There are two remaining dates for community members to receive free flu shots: Wednesday, October 14 and Thursday, October 15. Both events will take place from 9 a.m. at 4 p.m. in lot 17 of the Montclair State University campus.
